Staying the night — or the whole weekend? We have a room block at the Courtyard by Marriott with king and double queen rooms available. Options are available for 3 nights (Thur-Sun), 2 nights (Fri-Sun), or 1 night (Sat-Sun). Check-in time is 3pm. Departure time is 11am. Reservations via the group code must be made by August 20, 2026.

We also have a room block at the Tru by Hilton with king and double queen rooms available. Options are available for 2 nights (Fri-Sun) or 1 night (Sat-Sun). Check-in time is 3pm. Departure time is 12pm. Reservations via the group code must be made by August 21, 2026.

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided from both hotels (Courtyard and Tru) to the venue.Shuttle service will also be available to return guests to the hotels as the reception concludes.

This airport provides the most flights and highest flexibility.Rental Cars - Full coverage by all major rental car agencies. Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) - Approximately 30 minutes by car to the hotels in Concord, NH. This airport has fewer flights, but is more local.Rental Cars - Full coverage by most major rental car agencies.
